Pandemic expert to speak at KCU graduation ceremony

Ali Khan, MD, MPH, dean of the College of Public Health, University of Nebraska Medical Center will deliver the keynote address at the virtual commencement ceremonies for Kansas City University on Saturday, May 9, 2020.

Dr. Khan is a highly respected expert on infectious and emerging diseases and author of the book, The Next Pandemic: On the Front Lines Against Humankind’s Gravest Dangers. He brings a timely message to the 386 KCU students who will be conferred the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, and those conferred the degree of Master of Science. His speech will not only resonate with the newly degreed health professionals entering the fight against COVID-19, but to the entire community as we navigate a changing health care landscape.
