KCU complies with applicable state and federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), and other bases protected by applicable law. KCU does not exclude people or treat them differently on these bases. The University implements compliance with these laws through its Title IX and sexual misconduct policy and its anti-discrimination policy. The University also prohibits retaliation against any individual for the purpose of interfering with any right or privilege secured by University policy or law.
