COVID-19 Testing Information

Updated Jan. 18, 2022

On-Campus Testing Options

Beginning Tuesday, January 18, we will return to the following weekly testing options:

Joplin Campus Testing

Day and Time: Every Thursday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Location: West 02 Conference Room

Kansas City Campus Testing

Day and Time: Every Wednesday from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Location: Classroom B of the Annex Building

There is no longer a need to preregister for any testing event. As long as you are asymptomatic, all KCU faculty, students and staff are welcome to test on any of the available testing days regardless of whether they have been selected for testing or not.

Testing Results

For best results, please ensure your account has both a cell phone number and your email address. If that info isn't there, or your address or birthdate are incorrect, it will lead to delays in receiving your results.

If you have not received your COVID test results within 48 hours, you can check on those via the lab portal using the link below:

If you have any issues accessing your results, you can call them directly at 1-888-522-7247.
