Parking & Accessibility

Parking in the Arts District Garage in Kansas City is $16/car.

• Accessible parking spots are close to building access points and are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• An ADA drop-off area is available near the main door of the venue
• Maps for these drop-off locations will be available closer to the event

Livestream and Photography

The entire ceremony will be live streamed and stored on YouTube. This can be accessed from the website: www.kansascity.edu approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony begins on Friday, July 26, 2024. A professional photographer will be on-site taking photos. These photos will be available for purchase from the photographer company about one week after the ceremony.

In addition, KCU will have a photographer on-site taking candid photos and these will be available on KCU’s social media outlets one week after the ceremony.
